Places to be in March March 6-9
The Sioux Empire Sportsmen’s Boat, Camping & Vacation Show runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. March 5, noon to 10 p.m. March 7, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. March 8 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 9 at the Sioux Falls Arena and Convention Center. Admission is $7, or $2.50 for ages 6-12.

March 7
The Fine Arts Trolley Tour is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Participants can walk, ride or drive to artist’s studios and galleries downtown. Visit www.fineartstrolleytour.com for a map.

March 8
Boys of the Lough (pronounced “lock”) will bring its traditional Irish and Scottish repertoire to the Great Hall of the Washington Pavilion at 8 p.m. Each member hails from the Scottish and Irish regions. Concert tickets are $25 at 367-6000 or www.washingtonpavilion.org. Also go online for details on a pre-concert beer tasting in Leonardo’s Café.

March 15
A Saturday for Me, with a program by motivational humorist Christine Holton Cashen, runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ramkota Inn Exhibit Hall. Includes morning snack, an exhibit show and lunch. Tickets cost $30 and can be bought at 328-7155 or www.mutch womenscenter.org.
