Tom Nesser of Sioux Falls was honored as a 2007 Burlington Northern Santa Fe Employee of the Year in a ceremony April 7 at Fort Worth, Texas.
Nesser, a roadmaster, was selected for his achievements in support of BNSF’s vision, values and strategic initiatives. Nesser was a member of a team that developed and implemented an improved method of selecting vehicles for replacement. The new process streamlined analysis from three months to one week. |
