'The Unmistakable Touch of Grace' Cheryl Richardson
I read this book when a co-worker asked me if I would be her “grace partner.” She felt I was one of the “spiritual agents” in her life, and I was intrigued by this. The next day a copy of the book was on my desk along with a note, “Have you seen grace yet?” This book helps you see the hidden miracles that occur every day and gives you the courage to make your life more meaningful, magical, hopeful and complete. The author shares her life challenges openly, and she reveals inspirational testimonials from her family, friends and strangers who have been awakened by the energy of grace in their lives. There are thought-provoking experiments and mini-assignments for the reader in many chapters.
I liked this book because I believe that everything does happen for a reason. It has inspired me to follow Richardson’s advice, and I now say out loud as I am driving to work: “I am open and receptive to the power of grace in my life now. I ask to be shown clear examples of how this energy is operating in my life.”
And, yes, it has been working for me!
